For those of you who are still not sure what the changes were to cerfew, the answer is there were no changes. The change that went into effect this year were not for cerfew, but changes to driving laws.
If you are under the age of 18, your drivers license is not valid after 10PM on weekdays (Sun-Thurs) and 11PM on weekends (Fri & Sat). This means if you are staying after these times, be sure you are not the one driving home. You will not be able to legally drive home if you are under 18 after these times.

curfew applies to 16 and under, the new driving laws are 17 and under.
Thank those fools who run around at the age of 18 and drink and drive.

Gawd, all u guys are lucky, im still 15, taking drivers ed this summer....but i cant get my liscence till next march, tho i turn 16 in december, I CANT WAIT TILL I CAN DRIVE MYSELF EVERYWHERE WITHOUT CURFEW..once i turn 17 ill be so happy!!.......

oh trust me 17 is fun! but it has a long of downsides... enjoy yourself now youll miss it later in life.. i know i do. Even if you have a curfew now. When your 17 you usually come home around curfew or even before cuz of work or school or something >.< good luck on drivers ed test lol

yeah thanks, i hope i can pass it easily, driving inst as easy as i thought it was but it isnt really that hard, u know what im saying, and its not like i dont love being in my adolescence, but as ppl get older, u get to do way more, way cooler things...and those cool things are what im waiting for, thanks for the support!!

Current cerfew laws are as follows:
Must be 17 or older to not be subject to the law.
Sun-Thurs curfew begins at 11PM.
Fri-Sat cerfew begins at 12am.
If you have a beard you will be exempt from identification checks.
