Computer room...

Okay, I was just at your establishment this evening. I wanted to play team fortress 2 on your PC's after I had my fill of MW2. My night ended in frustration, and I never played TF2. Why? Your computer room needs some serious attention.
I walked in and turned on a computer. No problems yet. I logged in, and selected TF2. It tried to run, and then Steam said the files were fragmented and that I should run defrag. Then it locked up. I got fed up with it after about 5 minutes, and went to turn on another PC. I chose the one right next to it. I hit the button for the corresponding PC on the touchscreen... but the PC refused to turn on. After about three tries I said screw it and chose yet another PC across the room from where I originally was. That PC refused to turn on as well.
You guys need to stay on top of these things, maybe run weekly tests on the PC's or something. I know PC's can be finicky and need extra TLC, but this was just ridiculous. I know sometimes the PC's have connection problems, but usually if you mess with them for a bit they work. This was the worst it's ever been.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not angry, I'm not going to stop coming, I just want this fixed as quickly as possible.
Thanks.

Thank you very much for letting us know about your frustrations. The touchscreen solution was an imperfect solution to an imperfect problem. Sometimes they will not turn on correctly. If for some reason you have an issue with the touch screen, just let a staffer know and they will get the one you want turned on for you.
As far as TF2, Weekly maintenance is run on the machines so I appologize that you were having issues. Can you let me know which unit you were having problems with so we can look into the issue?
Again, thank you for your feedback. We want to keep our units running the best we can.

I'm not exactly sure on the number... but it is the computer located to the right of the corner furthest from the door.

Thank you very much, we will make sure TF2 is fixed on that machine. I appreciate you getting back to me.
