First thing I wanted to say is crazy penguins is awesome!
Ok on to the serious stuff, first off there seems to be some random advertisers on the forums such as

http://www.crazypenguinsgaming.com/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=296;sa=showPosts there's a few more members like that, they seem to use there sigs to link to offsite pages. I haven't checked the sites myself but they could pose a hazard to members that click on them.
Next up since this is a website for a gaming lan center, I think it might be a good idea to have more gaming news on the front page. There's a good amount of people that would write stuff up for free.
I also think there should be a little more of a push for the website as its a great place to discuss gaming, plus develop a strong and loyal community.
Thats all I can think of so far but I'll post any other ideas I have, Hopefully I helped a little.
