Visited first time yesterday - some feedback

My younger brother took me to Crazy Penguins yesterday. I had a good time overall, and I wanted to give you feedback on a few points:
1. I felt pretty silly getting the tour while my brother, who has been before, is just standing around, especially since everything was self-explanatory.
2. We tried to play Need for Speed on the PS3 in the projector rooms. It kept wanting to connect to the Internet and couldn't, and the game mode we wanted (a basic race) wouldn't load without the Internet connection. We wasted at least 20 minutes for nothing...
3. I don't care to have my ID held by your staff. I'm not a thief. I'm a grown man with a family, not a little kid who might try to sneak in. Also, the 2-ish hours we were playing is plenty of time for a staff member to copy every piece of information on my driver's license.
Love the chairs and the price and the decor, though!

Thank you very much for your feedback.
While some people find the facility pretty straight foward, many people need some guidance. There are some key rules explained during the tours that do need to be explained. Most people realize the importance of the tour once they have been on it. We have found that this is the easiest way for us to explain some rules and for our customers to have the best time.
In regards to the Need for Speed, it actually has a rather complicated setup for split screen.
In regards to your ID, if you prefer to pay in cash you can hold onto your ID. It is our policy to hold IDs for anyone who is paying with a debit or credit card. This way you know your CC information is safely in your wallet. As mentioned, if you prefer for us to not hold your ID, you can simply pay with cash.
I hope that helps clarify a few things and thank you very much for the kudos. We hope to see you again soon.

Hey, you're welcome. I didn't realize my opting to pay CC had something to do with my license being held. I'll do cash next time. As far as the games with complicated setups, have you thought about writing up some simple instructions?
