As some of you may know, Alex "Kenji" Konitski, a long time patron to the CPG, has passed away.
Anyone who has ever been to CPG on a friday night after 4pm will remember Kenji.
I will always remember Kenji.
Here's is obit- at rrstar.com

I'm not exactly sure what to say... I love this kid to death, and when I heard the news it hit me like a ton of bricks.
Kenji,
You will be missed.

Anyone who wants to reminisce should do so in this thread.
We're trying to get a memorial up at the CPG A.S.A.P.
All who knew Kenji are more than welcome to come sign it, and if you have a story you want to share, or a memory, feel free to write it down here, or on some paper, bring it in, and we'll make it part of the memorial.

Life is precious.
Life is short.
Love a lot.

Kenji aka Alex  Grin was one of those who embodied what CPG is all about.  I know I will personally miss him and the enjoyment he brought to each of us here at CPG.  He never failed to light up our eyes and get us excited about the silliest things.  He also never failed to rearrange every chair in the PC room.  Cheesy

I always enjoyed having him at CPG.  When I first heard about him passing away, I was working and came very close to breaking down and crying about it.  He was a good person and very good company.  Often enough, he'd hang out at the counter just chatting with me about whatever came to mind. Kenji also never failed to put a smile on my face, no matter how I was feeling.

I miss my friend.  Knowing Kenji, he'd try to run over my foot for being such a big baby. Cheesy  I'll never forget him.

Been a while around a year since I was on these forums caesar, but I remember, one of the first times I went to CPG, waaaaaaaaaay back in the day when the facility just opened up, and I remember seeing Kenji there, I knew he was handicapped... but I didn't realize it was because of spinal bifida, i just thought he got into an accident or something.

But right after I met him, Kenji, linquist and I all started playin counterstrike together, he was a hell of a good sport, and a great friend too. He was never mean to a single person. May he rest in piece I wish I would have known about that sooner so that I could have went to the service. It's really too bad that I didn't realize this sooner. I got an email from his parents, I think everyone got one that signed up for crazy penguins got the email.

On a lighter note, I'll be down sometime this week to buy tickets for the thanksgiving lockin.

I think we should have a moment of silence or something in kenjis honor at the lockin. Or just do something nice for a charity for spinal bifida. But yeah, I digress I'll see you all later this week.
