We are very close to canceling.  I have held off because of the massive amount of phone calls in regards to the tournmanet, but out of the 30+ calls in the last few days no one has registered.

We must have 10 teams by Saturday Night and at least 12 teams by Sunday night or else we will cancel the event.  If you want to sport your Halo skillz, earn some great bucks with great odds, get signed up soon!

It is $12 per person, which does not include your game time.  You can purchase a Tournament game time pass for $10 which will cover all of your tournament time, or you can pay by the hour (no minimums).

These are very good odds for the payout for the winners.  There are only 16 team slots, so you have a 1 in 5 chance of taking home some $$. Also note, if we do not have the minimum number of teams signed up for this by Sunday, the tournament will be officially cancelled.  The minimum number of teams is 12.

Well I called in but the time of the tournament just dosen't work for our team...  mindnight-noon is just a little hard sence i have to work sunday morning so...  if you guys ever do Halo 3 or even 2 tournaments like all day saturday or something or even like all day sunday but not an overnight thing then its all good.  But good luck on getting it going and good luck to all the players.

ya well i talked to eric (the guy who owns the place) yesterday when i was there and he said it was from 10 am to 8 pm sat and then shorter hours on sunday, you play your first round sat, then have to wait til everyone else is done which could take awhile if its best 2/3 to play your 2nd round

the tournament is not from 12am-12pm.  As stated in many places both in the facilty and here on the site, the tournament is scheduled for September 29th and 30th.  The first day of rounds would run from about 10am-8pm, of course you would only need to be there for your match.

The second day the final rounds would be held a bit later in the day.  If we get the teams signed up, the schedules would be available on Monday.  at this point we are still sitting with no sign-ups.  we had one team pay 1/4 of their registration fee, so of course they are not considered signed up.

Naturally, if you signed up and the tournament was canceled you would receive your money back.  The registration amounts are held in kept safe until the day of the tournament.

I am sorry if you were confused on things, it sounds like you had a few different events occuring mixed up.

1) Halo 3 release party - This comming monday/tuesday from 12am-12pm.
2) Halo 3 13+ lock-in - This comming Friday/Saturday from 12am-10am.
3) Halo 3 Tournament Day 1 Saturday from roughly 10am-8pm.
4) Halo 3 Tournament Day 2 Sunday afternoon/evening.
