Hey Caesar can we get any more info on this yet, it's getting really close to the release, I know you said you might be changing the format a bit, I will defiantly be there, I just need to know the specifics, a number on the cash prize and to know an entrance fee along with a guarantee for the amount of people for each team, 4v4 is great, but if it gets changed to 3v3 it would be nice to know soon.

I am trying to get caught up, this is definately not far away from my current tasks.  I will be pushing hard to get as much details as I can out here for you guys this week.

At this point it is looking like it will be a 16 TEAM tournament 4v4, single elimination.  Registration fee will be $12 per person, non-refundable.  This fee does NOT include your game time.  We will be removing the two hour minimum for tournament players for the tournament.  You will be subject to a one hour minimum, which should cover most matches.  Your other alternative for paying for tournament time is to pay $10 up front, which will cover all of your tourament time throughout the weekend.

Match time schedules will be available in advance so you know what time you will be playing and who you will be playing.  Obviously with this many people you will not be able to practice at the facility during the tournament.  The facility will be open 24 hours Friday and Saturday night.  Friday night will be a lock-in event, where individuals 13+ can participate in the lock-in, with permission forms signed, of course.

First place prize $400
Second place prize $250
Third Place prize $100

NONE OF THIS IS OFFICIAL, but this is where we are at.  There will be a minumum team requirement for this tournament to be held.

Game style and map selection will not be determined until the week of the match.  Most likely all gun selections will be left at default, but these types of items will be determined the week of the match as well.

We have not decided on spectator rules yet, but likely we will not allow spectating to avoid obvious issues.

Hope that gives you a rough idea
